The Creative Storytellers consortium gathered in Vienna, Austria, from 30 September to 1 October 2025, for the final on-site project meeting – an important moment of reflection, evaluation, and shared celebration. Hosted by Südwind, the meeting brought together representatives from Austria, Finland, Germany, Greece, and Portugal to review the project’s achievements and finalise all remaining tasks as the initiative reaches its close.
🌟 Looking Back: Achievements & Impact
Partners reviewed the project’s full lifecycle—from the CST Framework and Academy to the Toolkit and CST in Action classroom activities. Highlights included:
Practical impact on educators and children: Teachers reported increased creativity, curiosity, and engagement with sustainability topics in their classrooms.
Effective dissemination: Resources and activities reached local communities and will continue to support educators across Europe.
Partner insights: Challenges overcome and best practices were shared, ensuring lessons learned inform future projects.
🤝 Strengthening Partnerships & Planning for the Future
The Vienna meeting was not only about closing activities but also about envisioning the future. Partners exchanged ideas on new opportunities to expand the CST approach and continue supporting educators in integrating sustainability into early childhood education.
